    This branch now suffers from the curse of the delivery model.Due to delivery orders, i waited minutes for my number to finally be called, but as per the course, it seems, the fries were loaded into the bag a good mins prior, and were therefore cold.You need to prioritise customers that actually wish to purchase in the store.You also need to find someplace for all the delivery drivers with massive bags causing chaos at the pick up counter to wait.It's already irritating that drive thru get prioritised over someone physically standing at the counter, without sweaty moped riders standing about.You also need to do something about your order screens that indicate 'ready to collect' when clearly the order is not ready. Stop 'processing' the ticket for your performance indicators, when it is not true.In the mid s, if you waited for minutes, it meant the fryers and grill were broken down!Once you get through the shambles of actually walking away with your food, it's not that bad, .

    Staff disrespectful to older people, banged on the table behind me because I hadn't ordered food at that particular time. Rude to other customers. Treat people like human beings.Vegetarian options: Menu generally had better options than I thought, usually buy a cup of tea or burger option or veggie option.

    Served me a horrible toffee late looked like the wiped some cream there not sure from where and when I took it back Indian looking lady claimed to be in charge and said i can’t take it back due to contamination, what contamination they contaminated me with it. At first she was struggling with English but she was comfortable to use big words like contamination disappointed.
